Lori Pappas is honored to share the ancient yet timely teachings of Kundalini Yoga with fellow seekers. Lori is a Registered Yoga Teacher under Yoga Alliance guidelines, as well as a member of the International Kundalini Teachers Association (IKYTA) and is certified in Gong Resonance Therapy. Lori is also a Certified Reiki Master teacher.

Each day we will wake up to gentle Kundalini Yoga and meditation, where we set our intention for the day. The retreat will give us the time to explore & balance a different chakra each day as we integrate this creative healing modality into our daily lives. We will recap every evening with meditation & reflection. The week will culminate with a special Full Moon intention setting Meditation. (Feb 24, 2024, is the full Moon)
Today we will take a flight to La Paz. Once we arrive, we will get checked into our hotel and enjoy a welcome meal together.
Today we will take a tour of La Paz. We will learn some of the history of this town and explore the Malacon, a place full of shops, restaurant, and street entertainment.
Today we will take a full day boat trip to the magnificent island of Espíritu Santo learning all about the flora and fauna before taking part in the incredible experience of swimming with the Californian Sea Lion in their natural environment.
Today we will take a relaxing day at one of the most beautiful beaches in Baja, Tecolote beach. Take a little time to relax and unwind at this stunning beach location. Later in the day we will return to La Paz and take part in a clay pot workshop, have a go at making a traditional clay pot.
Today we will take another boat trip and go snorkeling, this time it will be with Whale Sharks, get up close with these gentle giants.
Today we will take a Kayak or paddleboard trip through the mangroves of La Paz, you will be able to see fish, birds, crabs and much more. This tour full of jungle like vibes and crystalline water will fill you up with energy and adventure.
Today we will travel to Cabo San Lucas for a sunset cruise to finish of our trip in style. Our first stop will be on the way to Cabo. We will visit a location along the coast where we will have a camel ride along the beach. We will then continue for our sunset cruise before returning to La Paz.
Today we will depart back to the United States.
