Depart Dublin on flight to Edinburgh. Arrive in Edinburg and check into hotel. We will spend the rest of the day exploring the historic Old Town and the elegant Georgian New Town. Including: Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, St Giles’ Cathedral, and the Palace of Holyroodhouse This evening we will have dinner in a traditional Scottish pub.
Today, we embark on a trip to the Highlands. Once there, we will take a boat tour of Loch Ness to search for the mythical Loch Ness Monster and enjoy the stunning scenery. Afterward, we will visit the ruins of Urquhart Castle, which sits on a rocky promontory overlooking the loch.
On our third day, we will head into the Scottish Highlands for a day of scenic drives and outdoor activities.
On our final day, we will head back to Edinburgh and visit the National Museum of Scotland. We will then head to Arthur’s Seat, a hill in Holyrood Park that offers breathtaking views of the city. In the evening, we will head to the head to the Grassmarket or the Old Town to experience Edinburgh’s nightlife. There are plenty of pubs, bars, and clubs to choose from, including many that feature live music or comedy.
Depart on flight to Warsaw. After arriving in Warsaw, we will start our day at the Old Town Market Square, which is the heart of Warsaw’s Old Town. Here we can admire the colorful buildings and the iconic statue of the Warsaw Mermaid, the symbol of the city. Next, we will visit the Warsaw Uprising Museum, which tells the story of the heroic struggle of the Polish people against the Nazis during World War II. Later we will take a walk along the Vistula River, which offers a picturesque view of the city before enjoying dinner.
We will start the day early, taking a tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau from Warsaw (about a 4-hour drive away). Auschwitz-Birkenau was the largest Nazi concentration camp during World War II and is a poignant reminder of the horrors of the Holocaust.
Later, we will return to Warsaw, where we can enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants in the city center and take a stroll along Nowy Swiat, one of the city’s most famous streets. The street is lined with shops, cafes, and restaurants, and offers a great opportunity for people-watching.
We will take an early morning flight to Paris and start our day with a visit to the Notre-Dame Cathedral. The cathedral is a masterpiece of Gothic architecture and has played an important role in French history. Afterward, we will head over to the Sainte-Chapelle, a stunning Gothic chapel located on the Ile de la Cité. The chapel has some of the most beautiful stained-glass windows in the world.
Later, we will visit Musée d’Orsay, which is home to an extensive collection of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist art. Tonight, we will have dinner in the Latin Quarter.
We will start our day at the iconic Eiffel Tower. We will take the elevator up for a breathtaking view of Paris. Afterward, we will head over to the Champs Elysées, one of the most famous avenues in the world. Here, you will have a chance to check out the shops and cafes.
Next, we will take a stroll through the Jardin des Tuileries, a beautiful park located between the Louvre Museum and the Place de la Concord, before visiting the Louvre Museum, which is one of the most famous museums in the world. The museum has an extensive collection of art, including the Mona Lisa.
Tonight, we will catch at show at the famous Moulin Rouge.
Today we will take a a day trip to Epernay, located in the Champagne region of France. Epernay is known for its vineyards and champagne houses. Here we will visit some of the Champagne houses, where you can learn about the champagne-making process and taste some of the finest champagnes in the world.
We will return to Paris in the late afternoon and visit the Montmartre neighborhood, which is known for its bohemian atmosphere and stunning views of the city. Here we will also visit the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, a stunning Roman Catholic church located on the highest point of the city before enjoying a farewell dinner.
Depart on return flight to the United States.
