“Kid’s Camp” is an opportunity for Stone & Compass to give back to the local community by providing a FREE camp to local children between the ages of 4-14. The day camp will be run 5 hours per day for 5 days (8/3 to 8/7). This camp will involve traditional camp activities such as arts & crafts, sports, games, and theatre. The camp will also include English instruction and intercultural connections with English speaking kids from the US and/or other countries. This integration will allow for an intercultural exchange and to build international friendships.
Stone & Compass is currently recruiting Bulgarian kids ages 4-14 to participate in the program. This program will be free of charge for Bulgarian children and will include lunch and snacks each day. The program is being co-sponsored and run by Stone & Compass, CSULB Anthropology Department, and The Jake Maxfield Connection.
Airfare to/from Bulgaria not included
