Arrive in Dublin, mark the beginning of a tranquil journey that lies ahead. Make your way to Galway, a city in the West of Ireland. Once you arrive and get settled, we head out for a walking tour of the city led by a seasoned local guide, learn all about the lore and tales of this century’s old city.
Begin your day with Sunrise Yoga and Meditation with Michele Benton. Get breakfast and head out for a visit to a local Sheep Farm. Start off with a tour of the farm with a sheepdog herding demonstration. Go for a picturesque country walk through the farm grounds, with sweeping views of mountain ranges beyond. If there are lambs about you can count on a few needing bottle-feeding, you’re welcome to lend a hand! Also, get to try homemade and fresh baked goods.
Start the day with Meditation. Have the rest of the day to yourself to explore. In the late afternoon we head out on a traditional Ireland walk through the fields and hedgerows. We enjoy a picturesque picnic dinner complete with wine and cheese out in the rolling hills of this emerald isle.
Start today with a Yoga session with Michele Benton. Head out to Dingle peninsula on Ireland’s southwest Atlantic coast, ringed by sandy beaches and craggy cliffs, the most tranquil of the South Island lakes. It’s a spectacular drive and we stop at Limerick for a meal with a beautiful view. Once we arrive in Dingle, we Check-in to our hotel and later have a session of meditation.
You’re in for a surprise today! We go for a day tour of Dingle Peninsula. Be prepared for this majestic Wild Atlantic Way headland in County Kerry to steal your heart! push out beyond the town and you’re faced with an incredible 6,000 years of history and the Kerry coastline with its pounding waves, salty winds, dramatic cliffs and wide racing skies. There’s Gallarus Oratory, an Early Christian church overlooking the rippling blue waters of Smerwick Harbour; there’s Coumeenoole Beach, with its haunting views of the Blasket Islands; and there’s the Conor Pass, the highest mountain road in Ireland. Exceptional is every day here.
Today we head out to Kilarney National Park. You’ll find endless trails while hiking in Killarney National Park in the heart of Kerry, home to the magnificent MacGillycuddy Reeks with hectares of picturesque woodland and legendary lakes as far as the eye can see. There are beautiful Killarney walks to suit everyone in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Killarney National Park. Also, a hike up to Torc waterfall, powerful 18m high Waterfall. Also, a session of Yoga at the National Park with Michele Benton. Later we make our way to Dublin and go for a farewell dinner in the city.
