Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive in Toluca, Mexico

Today we fly to Mexico! Once we arrive in Toluca Mexico, we will head to the Rodavento Boutique Hotel and spend the night surrounded by trees and lush landscapes! This “treehouse” type hotel is a must do and our guests will surely be amazed by the surrounding natural beauty.

Day 2
Golf or Mountain Town Day

On this day folks have two choices. In the morning after a wonderful breakfast you can head out to play 18 holes of golf at the famed Avandaro Golf Club. This championship 18-hole golf course was actually the site of the 1968 Olympic equestrian competition.

For those who do not wish to golf, you will head to the town of Valle de Bravo and immerse yourselves in meandering throughout this hidden gem. Shop the local markets, visit local historical sites, and really get a feel for what it is like to be a “local”.

In the afternoon we all get together in Valle de Bravo and head out on the lake for a sunset cruise followed up by a traditional dinner. We get to spend a second night at our Boutique Hotel.

Day 3
Monarch Day

After a hearty breakfast we head to Santuario Piedra Herrada to view the Monarch migration! Our guides will lead us on horseback up to where the Monarch butterflies spend their winters. This day will be one to remember! And as a bonus we all get to go back to Valle de Bravo and check into a local hotel and spend the evening enjoying this most quintessential mountain town.

Day 4
Hang Gliding, Hiking, Relax

Enjoy an incredible day as we head out in multiple directions where there is something for everyone! Today we will offer up a hike, an opportunity to learn how to hang glide, or for those less adventurous, there is a chance to relax down at the lake. In the afternoon we meet our “Foodies” guide who is going to take us on a local food crawl through the markets and local restaurants of Valle de Bravo. In the evening we will head out into town for a little wine tasting tour. We get to spend another night in this picturesque.

Day 5
Waterfalls, Horseback Riding, Mexico City

Take a guided tour to the Velo de Novia waterfalls. This stunning natural area is home to incredible birds and butterflies. Then we head out for a horseback adventure along some stunning trails. This day will surely be a highlight. In the late afternoon we head to Mexico City.

Day 6
Mexico City

Today we head out on a canal and enjoy a scenic paddle as we ride on the famed flower boats! This tour is a wonderful cultural experience. In the evening we enjoy a foodies tour and then pack up and get ready for the second half of our adventure!

Day 7
Travel Day

We Fly to La Paz Mexico! Upon arrival we check into our hotel and then head down to the Malecon’ for a stroll along the beach and then a wonderful welcome dinner.

Day 9
Beach or Golf

Another choice day awaits us today as after breakfasting our guests can either head off and play the El Cortez Golf Course or head to the famed Balandra Beach. El Cortez Golf course is set amongst a desert backdrop with stunning holes and incredible scenery. Balandra beach is the finest in the La Paz area.
